Weekly hours of operation are Tuesdays from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., additional days and hours vary.

For inquiries regarding registration, list files and/or copies, etc, can be made via e-mail at registrars@plymouthct.us, by phone or in person at the office.

Those sixteen and older and interested in working for elections, please contact the office.

Absentee ballot applications and absentee ballots can be obtained at the Town Clerk's office.

November 4, 2025 Election

November Election / Who – When – and Where’s

Who can vote in the November Election?

US Citizens who are registered can participate in voting. Note: Former Terryville/Plymouth residents who are US Citizens should contact the Town Clerk’s office to determine eligibility

Important Registration Dates:

October 17, 2025: Last day to register in person and mail-in.  The Registrar of Voters will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. for in person registration.  All mail-in voter registration applications must be received or post-marked by this date in order to be accepted.  The Online Voter Registration System will also close on this date at 11:59 p.m.

Voter Registration for Early Voting: Same Day Registration (SDR) is available at the Early Voting location during the early voting period (October 20th-November 2nd)

November 3, 2025:  Deadline for admitting those seeking to vote in the Election whose qualification as to age, citizenship, or residence was attained on or after October 17^th.  Registrar of Voter’s office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

November 4, 2025: Same Day Registration Hall/Voting available at Terryville High School.
